How many animals did Moses take on the ark?

Answer: “none.”

This is a trick question. Moses never made an ark to carry animals–it was Noah that did.

But, let’s answer the question: how many of each type of animal did Noah take on the ark?

You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female; two each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female, to keep the species alive on the face of all the earth.

Genesis 7:2

Clean animals are okay to eat, such as deer, cows, goats, and sheep. For example, there would have been seven pairs of sheep on the ark. Unclean animals are not okay to eat, such as pigs, lizards, horses, and snakes. There would have been a male and female of these. See Leviticus 11 for a longer list of the clean and unclean animals.

it’s not a trick question, but a dumb question…. the person asking this should get the person’s name correct before asking.

It’s a joke. Deal with it. This is a joke my grandad would tell all the time, but he died this year. Don’t criticize the joke. Criticize whoever gets it wrong because that’s how jokes work. It’s a dumb but funny joke. Have some humour please 🙏
